Requirements
- Deeply familiar with modern social platforms and online communities
- Understand how audiences behave, how communities grow and how content spreads
- Actively use and understand platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit and Discord
- Experience in Social Media Management, Community Building, Content Distribution, Audience Growth, Creator Partnerships, Platform Operations, Community Management, or AI Workflows
- Highly organized, proactive and data driven
- Enjoy building relationships and creating meaningful audience engagement
- Fluent English required
- Candidate must be in UAE currently

The Opportunity
- You will become the distribution engine behind the Robot24 ecosystem.
- Your role is to ensure that every piece of content reaches the right audience, performs at its highest potential and contributes to long term community growth.
- You will help shape how Robot24 engages with founders, engineers, investors, researchers and robotics enthusiasts around the world.

- You understand how audiences behave, how communities grow and how content spreads.
- You actively use and understand platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit and Discord.
- You likely have experience in: Social Media Management, Community Building, Content Distribution, Audience Growth, Creator Partnerships, Platform Operations, Community Management, AI Workflows.
- You are highly organized, proactive and data driven.
- You enjoy building relationships and creating meaningful audience engagement.
