*Supervise distribution center staff including forklift drivers, operators, and support team members, ensuring tasks are completed safely and on time.*
*Plan delivery routes and work with transport partners to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.*
*Manage inventory records both physically and within the system to maintain stock accuracy and proper rotation.*
*Prepare and maintain logistics reports such as KPIs, inventory summaries, and dispatch details.*
*Monitor the use of warehouse space, transport resources, and workforce to improve overall efficiency.*
*Work closely with sales and purchasing teams to maintain stock levels and support delivery plans.*
*Handle returns, rejected shipments, and logistics claims in coordination with relevant departments.*
*Identify areas for improvement and support better workflow and daily operational processes.*
***Job Experience Requirements***
*At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or distribution operations.*
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data handling and basic analysis.*
*Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills.*
*Experience in supervising operational teams will be an advantage.*
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment.*
