- Ensure all orders are packed, billed, and delivered correctly
- Monitor delivery timing and report any delays or issues to the supervisor
- Maintain clear communication with the team and customers when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as a dispatcher, cashier, or order coordinator
- Good knowledge of Odoo system
- Cashier experience
- Experience in restaurant, butchery, supermarket, or food delivery operations preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders
- Must be organized, responsible, and detail oriented
- Available to join immediately preferred
