Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assign jobs, deliveries, routes, or service requests.
- Communicate schedules and instructions to drivers or field personnel.
- Monitor vehicle, delivery, or service status and provide timely updates.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, records, and related documentation.
- Respond to delays, schedule changes, and routine operational issues.
- Coordinate with customers, drivers, and internal teams to support efficient operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good computer and data-entry skills.
- Ability to multitask and make decisions in a time-sensitive environment.
- Calm and professional approach when handling unexpected situations.
Preferred Experience
- Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or customer service experience is preferred.
