Assist passengers and support daily airport operations in a busy environment.
Provide reliable, customer-focused service while following airport procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with routine questions, directions, and airport services.
- Support check-in, boarding, baggage, and other assigned passenger services.
- Verify and process required passenger or operational documents according to procedures.
- Provide accurate information about flights, facilities, and airport services.
- Coordinate with airport teams to address passenger needs and routine issues.
- Follow airport safety, security, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, courteous, and reliable approach.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn operational systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
- Previous airport, aviation, or customer service experience is preferred.
