The role is suited to a dependable, detail-oriented candidate comfortable in a busy retail or service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and digital payment transactions.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Scan products and issue receipts.
- Process refunds and exchanges according to company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist customers with basic inquiries.
- Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred.
