We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Route Planner to join our team and play a crucial role in optimizing our delivery operations in Dubai.
Route Planning
·
Strategically plan and optimize delivery routes for drivers handling B2C shipments in Dubai.
·
Utilize in-depth knowledge of Dubai's road network to ensure efficient and timely delivery of E-commerce orders.
Allocation and Coordination:
·
Work closely with drivers and helpers to ensure accurate allocation of E-commerce orders based on geographical areas and delivery priorities.
·
Collaborate with the team to optimize route allocations for enhanced delivery efficiency.
Order Accuracy
·
Verify and ensure the accurate dispatch of all orders from the warehouse.
·
Promptly address and reassign any orders with incorrect delivery assignments to prevent delays and ensure orders are not left behind in the warehouse.
Customer Engagement
·
Engage proactively with the Customer Support Team and Clients to address challenges or issues faced by drivers during delivery.
·
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving delivery-related concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Order Monitoring And Tracking
·
Monitor and report any issues or challenges faced by drivers during delivery.
·
Track the real-time progress of drivers and provide necessary support to ensure timely and successful deliveries.
Requirements
·
Minimum of 2 years of experience in last-mile delivery operations in Dubai.
·
Strong knowledge of Dubai's road network and routes is essential.
·
Proven experience in route planning and optimization for efficient delivery operations.
·
Excellent communication and coordination skills to work closely with drivers, helpers, and other teams.
·
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
·
Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the accuracy of order dispatch.
