- Supervise receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and attendance

- Ensure on time and accurate order fulfillment
- Monitor KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, and SLA adherence
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other stakeholders
- Train, coach, and evaluate team performance
- Drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 3+ years of warehouse/dark store/Q Commerce operations experience
- Experience managing teams in a fast paced environment
- Hands on knowledge of WMS, inventory management, and MS Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Experience in same day grocery/Q Commerce fulfillment is preferred

Job Summary
- The Dark Store Supervisor is responsible for managing day to day dark store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and timely dispatch while meeting operational KPIs and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
