- Develop, implement, and continuously refine the Managed Investments product strategy in alignment with regional priorities to achieve targeted growth in assets under management, revenue, and client acquisition
- Spearhead innovation by assessing market trends and client needs, leading the introduction of new Mutual Funds, DPM solutions, and Alternative Investments
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to design and execute tailored campaigns
- Proactively identify prospective clients in collaboration with Relationship Managers, delivering expert knowledge to support successful pitching and onboarding processes for DPM services
- Serve as a subject matter expert and key consultant for Managed Investments and DPM, equipping the sales force with comprehensive product training and market insights
- Lead ongoing portfolio reviews and client dialogues to ensure investment strategies remain aligned with individual financial goals, risk tolerance, and market conditions
- Ensure compliance and best practice governance across all Managed Investments and DPM activities
Requirements
- At least eight years in Managed Investments, with substantial exposure to DPM sales or portfolio management targeted at ultra high net worth clients and family offices
- University degree in finance, economics, or a closely related discipline
- Industry certifications such as CFA or equivalent are highly desirable
- Deep knowledge of asset allocation, portfolio construction, risk management, and familiarity with both traditional and alternative investment vehicles
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively convey complex investment concepts
- In depth understanding of financial regulations relevant to managed investments and the Private Banking landscape in the UAE

Job Summary
- We are excited to invite applications for the role of Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) & Managed Investment (MI) Specialist within our Private Banking and Wealth Solutions division based in Dubai.
- This senior role demands an experienced and driven professional with an in depth understanding of Managed Investments and Discretionary Portfolio Management, capable of elevating our product offerings and strengthening client engagement across ultra high net worth individuals and family offices.
- The successful candidate will lead the advisory and distribution efforts of a comprehensive suite of managed funds and portfolios, providing expert insights and technical comparisons to empower Relationship Managers and clients.
- Additionally, you will play a crucial role in expanding our DPM business, fostering strong collaboration with Relationship Managers to deliver tailored investment solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine the Managed Investments product strategy in alignment with regional priorities to achieve targeted growth in assets under management, revenue, and client acquisition.
