Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary consulting engagements while maintaining visibility with key clients and stakeholders. Oversee discipline-level technical governance, review processes, and quality assurance in close partnership with the Chief Technical Officer.
Define and execute a three- to five-year strategic growth agenda in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, succession planning, mentoring, and strong people leadership.
Drive business development and market expansion by leveraging your professional network alongside Equilibrium’s established client relationships and reputation.
Own the financial performance of your discipline, including profitability, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
Monitor business performance against strategic objectives and provide clear reporting and insight to support executive decision-making.
A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a relevant technical discipline.
More than 15 years of industry experience within your area of expertise.
Demonstrated success in senior leadership, team development, and strategic client relationship management.
Experience working within multidisciplinary mining consulting teams.
A strong understanding of project, business unit, and enterprise-level financial management, governance, and reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A mature leadership style, with a demonstrated commitment to mentoring, succession planning, and developing future technical leaders.
