- Lead and mentor a high performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their business challenges and positioning solutions as strategic partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding market share within target industries and verticals.
- Collaborate closely with pre sales, product management, and marketing teams to ensure effective solution positioning and delivery.
- Negotiate and close complex, multi year deals with C level executives, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and value based selling expertise.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies and product roadmaps.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring accurate forecasting and robust deal progression.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, acting as a thought leader and brand ambassador.
- Drive adoption and expansion of existing solutions by identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities within the client base.
Requirements
- 10 15 years of experience in technology solutions sales.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth for complex technology solutions.
- Experience leading and mentoring a high performing sales team.
- Strong ability to cultivate and nurture relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Experience negotiating and closing complex, multi year deals with C level executives.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Experience managing sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
