Position Summary

  • The Shared Services Director will provide strategic leadership for all shared service functions, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with Saudi regulations, continuous process improvement, and exceptional internal customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the Shared Services strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Human Resources: Lead all HR operations, organizational development, recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, and workforce planning.
  • Procurement & Supply Chain Support: Develop procurement strategies that ensure cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
  • Information Technology: Lead the company's IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Administration: Manage all administrative services including facilities management, office operations, transportation, document control, reception, and support services.
  • Corporate Communications: Develop and implement internal communication strategies.
  • Governance, Policies & Compliance: Develop, review, and continuously improve corporate policies, procedures, SOPs, and operational manuals.
  • Financial & Operational Management: Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
  • Leadership & People Management: Lead, coach, mentor, and develop department managers and teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree (MBA) is highly preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM SCP, SPHRi, CIPD Level 5/7, PMP, CIPS, ITIL, COBIT, or Lean Six Sigma are considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role leading Shared Services, Corporate Services, Operations, or Administration.
  • Experience working in more than one organization, demonstrating exposure to different corporate environments and operational models.
  • Previous experience within the real estate, construction, or property development sector is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing multiple support functions simultaneously, including Human Resources, Procurement, Information Technology, Administration, and Corporate Communications.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing organizational policies, governance frameworks, and operational procedures.
  • Strong background in organizational transformation, process improvement, and digitalization initiatives.
