About the Role
CMR Surgical is hiring a Director of Regional Marketing for MEA, APAC, and LatAm to lead the marketing organization and drive the success of the Versius surgical robotic system. The role requires 10+ years of medical device marketing experience and 5+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop local marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and high performance.
- Development of procedural marketing focus areas and strategies; positioning CMR's value within key procedural areas.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, identify trends, customer needs, competitive landscape.
- Channel marketing (digital, campaign, social events) to promote product and brand awareness.
- Develop value props, product & brand positioning to optimally communicate the Versius value.
- Develop and execute marketing strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Identify target customer segments and establish Go To Market (GTM) strategies.
- Work closely with sales, clinical teams, regulatory affairs, Digital, and other relevant departments to ensure successful and timely new product launches, GTM strategies, branding, campaigns and event management.
- Provide Strategic direction, positioning, segmentation and targeting for marketing comms.
- Lead the development/customization of marketing collateral, including product literature, presentations, and digital content.
- Manage the budget for all marketing activities, ensuring cost effective strategies.
- Lead our digital presence through key strategies and transformation.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or Clinical Science; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of medical device/medical products and solutions marketing experience in an international business environment
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing professional teams in sales, marketing or product management
- Experience defining value propositions, stage gated product development processes, and product launches across multiple countries
- Geographical experience across Emerging Markets and different healthcare systems/channels
- Availability to travel at least 50%+ when necessary
- Located in UAE
- Eligibility to work within the UAE

About the Role
- Reporting into the Commercial Senior Vice President MEA, APAC, LatAm.
- Leads the MEA, APAC, LatAm marketing organization managing a team of product and marketing managers.
- Drives both upstream and downstream marketing for the surgical robotics product portfolio.
Responsibilities

About you
- Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or Clinical Science; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of medical device/medical products and solutions marketing experience.
