- Use user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing to continuously refine product experience and usability
- Present design strategy, rationale, and outcomes to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS product design, ideally with exposure to enterprise or complex B2B platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing dashboards, data heavy interfaces, and scalable SaaS systems
- Proven ability to design products that drive user engagement, retention, or expansion through UX and interaction design
- Deep understanding of enterprise user behavior, adoption dynamics, and product led growth principles
- Strong proficiency in Figma and experience building or maintaining scalable design systems
- Analytical mindset with familiarity in A/B testing, product analytics, and usage driven design iteration
- Ability to operate as a high ownership individual contributor while influencing cross functional teams
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands on execution capability in fast paced environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in high visibility roles where design directly impacts business outcomes
