Director of Operations
to join its senior leadership team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end hospital operations, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, high standards of patient care, and alignment with strategic objectives.
This role requires close collaboration with clinical, administrative, and executive leadership to drive performance, quality, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across all hospital operations
- Ensure operational efficiency, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee service delivery, patient experience, and operational performance metrics
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary administrative and operational teams
- Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence initiatives
- Support executive leadership in implementing organizational strategy
Requirements
- Proven senior operations leadership experience within a hospital or healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, accreditation, and regulatory frameworks
