- Integrate data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation into comprehensive academic ecosystem evaluations.
- Ensure strategic coherence through planning cycles, feedback mechanisms, and milestone management to sustain focus on student learning objectives.
- Serve as 2 Hour Learning's representative at senior levels, from keynote presentations to engagements with Ministries of Education.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field
- At least 7 years in academic or EdTech leadership roles, leading a team of staff/employees
- Experience driving learning outcomes for students and upholding student performance standards
- Experience applying AI or emerging technologies to improve education
- Experience managing academic teams of 50+ people
- Experience interacting directly with students, teachers, or school leaders in a professional setting

Role Overview

Working with us
- Full time (40 hours per week), long term position.
- Independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
- Compensation: $200 USD/hour, equating to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours/week and 50 weeks/year.
- Payment period is weekly.
