Role Overview

  • Director of Human Resources leading HR function for a Hilton hotel in Abu Dhabi.
  • Responsible for HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with hotel business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Oversee training programs, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and labor contract compliance.
  • Establish and enforce HR policies, ensuring adherence to employment laws.
  • Develop and manage the HR budget.
  • Drive engagement, recruitment, and retention through performance management and recognition programs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR leadership within hospitality or similar industry.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
