About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Finance (Emirati) to lead our Finance function. You will oversee financial strategy, planning, budgeting, reporting, governance, and business performance.

Requirements
- Emirati with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant experience in senior leadership roles
- Proven experience as a Finance Director, Head of Finance, CFO, or similar executive position
- Strong knowledge of financial strategy, corporate finance, governance, and risk management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
