- Lead all phases of project management — from concept and design through tendering, construction, and maintenance — ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and scope
- Build, mentor, and manage high performing teams of engineers and technical professionals to achieve operational excellence
- Oversee project budgets, financial performance, and cash flow management to ensure efficient resource utilization
- Review and approve project proposals, contracts, and tender recommendations, ensuring compliance with technical and legal requirements
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement, sustainability, and innovation in engineering practices and asset management systems
- Prepare and present progress reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Professional certifications such as PMP or CFM are highly desirable
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities, asset, or engineering management
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience managing large scale developments, complex projects, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, quality assurance, and contract administration
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with a strategic and hands on approach

Overview
- We are looking for a highly experienced Director of Facilities Engineering Services to lead and oversee the development, maintenance, and performance of major assets and projects.
- This role is responsible for ensuring all engineering and facilities operations are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency while maintaining alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in engineering strategy, project lifecycle management, and asset optimization, with a proven ability to manage complex, multi site operations.
Key Responsibilities
