Key Job Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the development budget, ensuring cost-effective and strategic allocation of resources.
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements, zoning laws, and other factors impacting development.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the development team.
• Represent the organization in development-related matters, both internally and externally.
