The Role of the Director of Banquets
- Entrusted with both operational and financial responsibilities for the entire banquet operation.
- Oversee the overall organization, ensuring the implementation and consistency of company standards.
- Manage and optimize the banquets department, including supervising banquet staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring seamless execution of events.

Knowledge and Skills
