Director, Network Build

Experience managing large-scale telecommunications construction programs with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and aggressive timelines.

Strong project governance capabilities, including program monitoring, risk management, milestone tracking, and performance reporting.

Experience managing vendors, suppliers, and contractors through performance measurement, SLA compliance, and issue resolution.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build alignment across diverse functional teams.

Ability to manage inter-regional and cross-functional priorities while balancing operational, financial, and strategic objectives.

Strong business acumen and financial management skills, including budgeting, capital planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

10+ years of telecommunications industry experience, including both wireline and wireless network environments.

Hands-on experience with fibre network design and construction, OSP engineering, and fixed wireless infrastructure deployment.
