Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategy aligned with project objectives
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify investment opportunities in sustainable urban development
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and stakeholders
- Conduct due diligence on potential investments including financial, legal, and technical assessments
- Lead negotiations and structuring of investment deals (equity, debt, joint ventures, partnerships)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to the investment development team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience in investment management, financial analysis, or corporate finance with infrastructure or real estate focus
- Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing investment deals
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic
