Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Align HR strategy with business objectives in partnership with senior leadership.
• Lead Global HRBP activities and HR support across international teams and geographies.
• Manage and develop the Corporate HR team and drive HR governance.
• Own the employee lifecycle from entry to exit, including onboarding, career movements, engagement, retention, and separation.
• Drive performance management, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Handle employee relations, POSH, labour law, and HR compliance matters.
• Lead strategic HR projects, transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Use people analytics and HR dashboards to identify trends and support decisions.
• Partner on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management.

Key Requirements

• 15–18 years of HR experience, preferably in IT, ITES, technology, or services.
• Strong Global HRBP or Strategic HRBP experience.
• Experience managing corporate HR teams and senior stakeholders.
