Role Description

  • Lead the Human Resources and Administrative functions for the organization in Abu Dhabi in a full time, on site capacity.
  • Oversee development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and frameworks that support organizational goals and comply with UAE labor laws.
  • Manage employee relations, handle complex HR matters, guide performance management cycles, and support managers with workforce planning and talent development.
  • Supervise administrative operations such as office services, documentation, and vendor coordination.
  • Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, change management, and HR strategy.
  • Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and high performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Human Resources (HR) leadership experience with proven track record overseeing end to end HR functions in a mid to large sized organization.
  • Expertise in HR Policies and Performance Management.
  • Demonstrated ability in Employee Relations including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and building a positive workplace culture.
  • Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law in the UAE.
  • UAE National with experience in Abu Dhabi or wider UAE market in a leadership role within HR and Administration.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
