Responsibilities
- Lead the Human Resources and Administrative functions for the organization in Abu Dhabi
- Oversee development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and frameworks
- Manage employee relations and handle complex HR matters
- Guide performance management cycles and support managers with workforce planning and talent development
- Supervise administrative operations such as office services, documentation, and vendor coordination
- Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, change management, and HR strategy
- Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and high performance
Requirements
- Strong Human Resources (HR) leadership experience overseeing end to end HR functions in a mid to large sized organization
- Expertise in HR Policies and Performance Management
- Demonstrated ability in Employee Relations including conflict resolution and grievance handling
- Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law in the UAE
- UAE National with experience in Abu Dhabi or wider UAE market in a leadership role within HR and Administration
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree or HR certification preferred

Role Description

Qualifications
- Strong Human Resources (HR) leadership experience with proven track record overseeing end to end HR functions in a mid to large sized organization.
- Expertise in HR Policies and Performance Management.
- Demonstrated ability in Employee Relations including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and building a positive workplace culture.
- Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law in the UAE.
- UAE National with experience in Abu Dhabi or wider UAE market in a leadership role within HR and Administration.
