Responsibilities
- Support seven key GWM Journeys focusing on consistency, scalability, and competitive differentiation
- Uphold digital accessibility standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Articulate product vision and company strategy to the team
- Act as a bridge between product teams and other departments
- Proactively identify and remove impediments hindering team progress
- Coach the team to focus on delivering value to customers and achieving business outcomes
- Encourage use of data and user insights to inform decisions
- Foster a culture of innovation, client centricity, and collaboration
- Direct day to day activities consistent with the Bank's risk culture
- Build a high performance environment and implement people strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in digital product management, preferably within wealth management
- Strong knowledge of wealth management concepts, products, and customer needs
- Experience working in or with financial institutions or fintech organizations
- Proven track record of leading customer centric digital transformation initiatives
- Experience with authenticated client portals (mobile and web) preferred
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader for the role of Director, Digital Product – Advised Clients.
- Reporting to the Head, Digital Product Management, Global Wealth Management (GWM).
- Responsible for shaping and executing the digital product strategy for Advised Client journeys.
