Role Overview
The Director provides senior leadership for Four Seasons web and eCommerce digital experience platforms.
The role oversees platform engineering, platform management, DevOps, release quality, compliance, and security operations.
Platforms include FourSeasons.com, microsites, eCommerce, and related digital properties.
The role partners with Brand and Marketing Technologies, Hotel Digital Operations, Digital Analytics, QA, and Technology Innovation and Data.
Platform Leadership and Strategy
- Set strategic direction for web-based digital experience platforms and manage platform roadmaps.
- Align platform investments with business objectives and luxury guest experience goals.
- Lead vendor relationships and technology evaluations.
- Establish success measures for AI-enabled capabilities and evaluate build, buy, configure, or integrate options.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop platform engineers and platform management analysts.
- Set goals, performance frameworks, ownership models, succession plans, and career growth strategies.
