Responsibilities
- Lead commercial strategy and governance across program-wide contract portfolios.
- Oversee contract negotiation, administration, and compliance for major infrastructure programs.
- Manage commercial risk, claims, and dispute resolution across multiple stakeholders.
- Drive cost control, change management, and value optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, commercial management, or a related discipline.
- 18+ years of experience leading commercial functions on large infrastructure programs.
- Strong experience in contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution.
- Deep expertise in cost control, change management, and commercial governance.
- Experience managing client leadership, consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders at director level.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of FIDIC or NEC contract forms.
- Knowledge of government procurement frameworks.
- Experience with major EPC-style contract administration.
