- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for business development initiatives.
- Ensure all business activities comply with regional regulations and AD Ports company standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 15+ years of progressive experience in business planning and development
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Arabic is imperative for effective communication with local stakeholders
- Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma are highly desirable
- Knowledge of Port, Maritime, and Logistics operations
- Experience with financial modelling, analytics, and data visualization methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven leadership and team management skills

About the International Office

Job Purpose
- The Director of Business Planning & Development for the Central Asia & Eastern Europe (CIS) region will spearhead the strategic initiatives, planning, and identifying business development opportunities for driving revenue growth and expanding ADPG's presence in Central Asia & Eastern Europe Region.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and strategies to achieve the company’s growth objectives in the targeted regions.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform business decisions and provide strategic recommendations.

- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, port authorities and potential clients.
