Role Overview
- A consulting firm is looking for a Director of Business Consulting to join its senior team in Dubai office. This is a business critical role for a strategic leader who thrives on growth, client impact, and building high performing teams.
Overall Responsibilities
- Full P&L responsibility for the consulting division
- Business development and senior client relationships
- Business proposal development and deal closing
- Strategic advisory on business strategy, gap analysis, business process improvement, and strategy execution
- Building and leading a top tier consulting team
Experience Background
- Proven track record in management consulting with P&L ownership
- Strong business development and client facing experience
- Deep expertise in strategy formulation, organizational gap assessment, and strategy execution

Remuneration Package
- Monthly Salary: AED 50,000.00 AED 55,000.00 (All inclusive)
- Performance based bonus: up to 3 months annually.
- Annual flights: Self and Family
- Medical Coverage: Self and Family
- Annual Leave: 30 Days annually
- Sick Leave: As per UAE labor Law
- Public Holidays
