Shape how AI and data power decision-making across the organisation.
Design, build, and govern AI and data capabilities across people, processes, and technology.
Define and lead the enterprise AI and data strategy and roadmap.
Transform data into a strategic asset supporting growth and cost optimisation.
Strategic Leadership
- Act as the organisation's AI evangelist and drive education, adoption, and value realisation.
- Shape and evolve the AI and Data operating model across insourcing, outsourcing, and delivery capability.
- Set enterprise standards for AI and data methods, tools, and practices.
Governance and Delivery
- Build relationships with executive and senior stakeholders across Digital, Technology, and the wider business.
- Manage risk, remove delivery obstacles, and foster continuous improvement.
- Lead the development and enforcement of AI and data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
About You
- Degree qualification is required.
- At least 12 years of experience in data, AI, platform engineering, or related disciplines is required.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to operate across multiple responsibilities are required.
- A track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments is required.
- Experience leading large-scale data capability transformations is advantageous.
