Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through direct sales activities
  • Present and promote company services effectively to meet client needs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Prepare sales proposals and negotiate terms with clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in direct sales or related sales roles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
