Role Overview

  • The Tele Sales Officer executes outbound sales activities via telephone to achieve sales results.
  • Focuses on acquiring new customers, maintaining existing relationships, and delivering high quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Promote the company's products and services over the phone.
  • Record and follow up on customer interactions and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Coordinate with branch sales teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Follow up with customers who have not completed their requests through the application.
  • Assist customers in opening new accounts when required.
  • Contact customers 15 days before contract expiry to confirm renewal or return intentions.
  • Deliver a professional customer experience while maintaining service quality and communication standards.
  • Contact companies, government entities, and major organizations to present sales offers and establish business agreements.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all work related information.
