- Develop and execute the overall Direct Sales strategy to achieve the company's sales and revenue objectives
- Lead, mentor, motivate, and manage the Direct Sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and develop high performing sales professionals to support business growth
- Identify manpower requirements and build an effective sales team capable of meeting business objectives
- Establish sales KPIs, performance metrics, and productivity standards while monitoring individual and team performance
- Oversee the allocation and management of sales leads received from the Marketing Department and other lead generation channels to maximize conversion rates
- Ensure timely follow up of customer inquiries and maintain high conversion and customer satisfaction levels
- Develop sales plans, promotional initiatives, and business development strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports, forecasts, and business updates for the CEO
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department to improve lead quality, campaign performance, and return on investment
- Coordinate with CRM, Customer Service, and other internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- MBA is an advantage
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position within the real estate development industry
- Proven experience in building and leading high performing Direct Sales teams
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets

Qualifications
