Job Summary

  • The Director of Direct Sales is responsible for leading the Direct Sales Division by developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing a high performing sales team, and driving revenue growth. The role oversees the end to end direct sales operation, ensuring effective lead management,

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall Direct Sales strategy to achieve the company's sales and revenue objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, motivate, and manage the Direct Sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and develop high performing sales professionals to support business growth.
  • Identify manpower requirements and build an effective sales team capable of meeting business objectives.
  • Establish sales KPIs, performance metrics, and productivity standards while monitoring individual and team performance.
  • Oversee the allocation and management of sales leads received from the Marketing Department and other lead generation channels to maximize conversion rates.
  • Ensure timely follow up of customer inquiries and maintain high conversion and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Develop sales plans, promotional initiatives, and business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports, forecasts, and business updates for the CEO.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department to improve lead quality, campaign performance, and return on investment.
  • Coordinate with CRM, Customer Service, and other internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position within the real estate development industry.
  • Proven experience in building and leading high performing Direct Sales teams.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
