The general pay scale for this position at MOH is $149,876.80 - $230,579.70 per year .

The actual hiring rate is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to prior work experience, education, job/position responsibilities, location, work performance, etc.

The Director of Pharmacy and Admixture Services manages the operational, financial, clinical, and fiduciary performance of pharmacies within the assigned geographic area.

This role ensures that all operations and services are conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as accrediting standards.

The Director supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

• Operational Management: Manages the daily operations of pharmacy and admixture services, ensuring efficient workflow, high productivity, and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Financial Oversight: Prepares and manages the overall budget for each retail pharmacy site, as well as the overall retail pharmacy company. Provides assistance to sites for the preparation of clinic budgets. Monitors the performance of retail sites in relation to the budget.
• Drug Management Program: Develops and coordinates the drug management program for all assigned sites. Analyzes drug usage data (clinical and retail) for all assigned sites.
• Reporting: Prepares reports and responds to requests for physician governing boards, site administrators, and USON regarding the clinical and financial status of drug management at individual sites.
• Recruitment and Training: Assists with the recruitment, hiring, and training of pharmacists and technicians for both retail pharmacies and non-retail oncology infusion sites. Coordinates coverage for time-off work (TOWP) taken by pharmacists and technicians within assigned geographical areas.
