- 0–1 years of experience in production, line assembly, or quality.
- Basic manufacturing or operational process knowledge.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, quality, Six Sigma, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, time management, multitasking, problem-solving, and process discipline.
- Knowledge of manufacturing machinery and tools is an added advantage.
Performance Measures and Work Expectations
- Support safety targets, timely safety reporting, safety audits, and 5S targets.
