Key Accountabilities
- Deliver financial measures across pursuits that are solutioned, signed, and realized.
- Provide propositions that clients recognize as solving their problems rather than listing capabilities.
- Ensure solutions are executable within the signed scope, timeline, revenue, and margin.
- Keep complete, dated, and auditable estimates in every bid file.
- Obtain and negotiate estimates from Delivery, Operations, partners, and OEMs before proposals are submitted.
- Submit cost cases at or above the approved margin floor, with exceptions approved in advance.
- Freeze the solution and cost case before the Delivery Assurance Review.
- Author the technical and commercial proposal, including the pricing structure.
- Gather sales intelligence and client evaluation criteria before starting solution design.
- Design for applicable UAE cybersecurity, emirate, digital, and industry regulators.
- State the compliance position in the proposal.
- Recommend one evidence-supported end-to-end solution across the portfolio and partner ecosystem.
Role Standards
- Solutions must remain executable within the agreed scope, timeline, revenue, and margin.
- Every pursuit must have a complete, dated, and auditable estimate of record.
- Partner and OEM estimates must be negotiated and tested against the market.
- Any change after solution and cost-case approval reopens the approval process.
Regulatory Design Context
- Design work must consider the UAE Cyber Security Council, NESA, TDRA, and Central Bank.
- Relevant emirate authorities include Dubai Digital Authority and DESC, Abu Dhabi's Department of Government Enablement, and Sharjah Digital Department.
- Healthcare and banking solutions must address their applicable health and financial regulators.
