Key Accountabilities
- Own digital assisted revenue, cost, and profitability across digital channels.
- Define annual and quarterly targets for gross adds, revenue, ARPU, and margin.
- Optimize cost of acquisition and lifetime value through digital levers.
- Drive direct digital channels including the app, web, and eSIM journeys.
- Lead funnel optimization across traffic, conversion, activation, and recharge.
- Redesign omnichannel journeys to be digital, scalable, and automated.
- Champion eKYC, eSIM, digital payments, and self-activation.
- Build and manage a network of digital partners including marketplaces, super-apps, aggregators, fintechs, and OEMs.
- Design digital-first commissioning and incentive structures.
- Enable partners with APIs, digital onboarding flows, and performance dashboards.
- Pilot new digital proofs of concept, journeys, partnerships, and embedded telecom models.
- Translate strategy into roadmaps, business cases, delivery plans, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
