Strategic Financial Planning & Business Advisory
- Coordinate annual budgeting, medium-term forecasting, and five-year business planning in alignment with corporate strategy.
- Facilitate forecasts and financial projections with forward-looking insights, scenario analysis, and risk and opportunity assessments.
- Translate strategic priorities into financial plans, balanced scorecards, and performance commitments.
Management Reporting & Performance Insights
- Coordinate and enhance enterprise-wide management reporting, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI dashboards.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to EXCO, the Board, and regulators, highlighting performance drivers, value creation, and corrective actions.
- Integrate financial outcomes with operational and strategic metrics to create a consistent performance narrative.
Forecasting & Analytics
- Establish forecasting models incorporating scenario planning, sensitivities, and stress testing.
- Provide decision support on investments, CapEx/OpEx trade-offs, cost optimization initiatives, and strategic business cases.
- Identify performance risks and opportunities and recommend data-driven actions.
Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Ensure financial governance, data integrity, internal controls, policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate company inputs to maintain a single source of truth for planning and reporting.
- Interface with auditors, regulators, and internal governance forums on financial planning and performance matters.
- Coordinate Investment Committee agendas, action-point closure, and presentation submissions.
Leadership & Capability Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance planning and reporting capability.
