About the Role
You Smart Communication Networks LLC is seeking a Digital Sales Executive to manage online customer inquiries, promote smart home and ELV solutions, and convert digital leads into sales.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries received through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Company Website, Email, and Telephone
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Smart Home and ELV solutions
- Schedule site surveys and appointments
- Convert inquiries into confirmed projects and prepare quotations
- Maintain regular follow ups with customers and build long term relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support repeat business
- Work closely with the Social Media Executive to prepare product information and content ideas
- Record all inquiries in the CRM system and generate sales reports
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Indoor Sales, Customer Service, Tele Sales, Digital Sales, or Social Media Customer Support
- Excellent English communication skills
- Arabic is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Professional attitude with a customer first mindset

- We are looking for a proactive and customer focused Digital Sales Executive to manage online customer inquiries, promote our products and services, prepare engaging marketing content, and convert digital leads into successful sales.
