- Update customers regularly regarding project progress and daily work status
- Collect documents and reports from site teams and ensure proper filing
- Maintain and update customer records and file management systems
- Handle data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of reports
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
- Ensure all records are maintained with confidentiality and accuracy
Requirements
- Arabic Speaker (MANDATORY)
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Email, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Problem solving mindset with attention to detail
- Previous admin or data entry experience is an advantage
