About the Role
You Smart Communication Networks LLC seeks a motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to drive business growth in Smart Home and ELV systems across Dubai and the UAE. The role involves field sales, client visits, lead generation, and achieving monthly targets.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales and networking
- Identify potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers
- Visit villas, offices, warehouses, retail shops, and construction sites
- Build long term relationships with property owners, consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate clients
- Promote Smart Home and ELV solutions and generate qualified sales leads
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, sales pipeline, quotations, and follow ups
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE outdoor sales experience
- Experience in Smart Home, ELV, CCTV, Security Systems, IT, Construction, MEP, or Building Technology is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

About You Smart
- You Smart Communication Networks LLC is a leading Smart Home Automation and ELV Systems company in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales and networking.
- Identify potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

- Build long term relationships with property owners, consultants, contractors, developers, facility management companies, and corporate clients.
- Attend client meetings and conduct site visits.
- Prospect new customers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and direct visits.
- Promote the company's Smart Home and ELV solutions.
- Generate qualified sales leads.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on quotations until order confirmation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE outdoor sales experience (preferred).
- Experience in Smart Home, ELV, CCTV, Security Systems, IT, Construction, MEP, or Building Technology is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Customer focused with a positive attitude.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 8,000 per month
