About the Role
You Smart Communication Networks LLC is hiring a Digital Sales Executive to manage online inquiries, promote Smart Home and ELV solutions, and convert digital leads into sales. The role combines indoor sales, customer engagement, and social media support.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, website, email, and telephone
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Smart Home and ELV solutions
- Convert inquiries into confirmed projects and achieve monthly sales targets
- Prepare quotations in coordination with sales and technical teams
- Maintain regular follow ups with customers and build long term relationships
- Work with Social Media Executive to prepare product information and educational content
- Record all inquiries in CRM system and maintain accurate sales records
- Provide excellent customer support before and after sales
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Indoor Sales, Customer Service, Tele Sales, Digital Sales, or Social Media Customer Support
- Excellent English communication skills
- Arabic is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

About You Smart
- You Smart Communication Networks LLC is a leading Smart Home Automation and ELV Systems company in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities

- Explain products and services professionally.
- Schedule site surveys and appointments.
- Follow up until the sales opportunity is closed.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
- Prepare quotations in coordination with the sales and technical teams.
- Maintain regular follow ups with customers.
- Build long term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Support repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Indoor Sales, Customer Service, Tele Sales, Digital Sales, or Social Media Customer Support.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.

- Professional attitude with a customer first mindset.
Compensation
- Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month
- Attractive Sales Commission + Performance Incentives
