Role Overview

Allstate Canada is seeking Digital Product Managers for multiple opportunities across Finance, Billing & Payment, Broker Management, and Policy Management.

The roles lead discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital products.

The posting covers Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, and Expert levels rather than one single level.

Accountabilities

  • Translate business objectives and customer needs into outcomes, success measures, and prioritized delivery plans.
  • Own product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and release priorities with engineering, design, data, business, and stakeholder teams.
  • Define and track OKRs, KPIs, adoption metrics, customer experience measures, and value indicators.
  • Use customer insights, analytics, research, feedback, and behavioral data to improve product decisions and performance.
  • Lead product discovery and delivery within agile, product-led, or OBD ways of working.
  • Manage dependencies, communicate progress, resolve ambiguity, and support informed decisions.
  • Champion customer experience and measurable outcomes for customer-facing products.
  • Apply API awareness and value-led prioritization to backend or headless products.
  • Evaluate performance, identify risks or opportunities, and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a product-led environment involving roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, sprint priorities, releases, or product discovery.
  • Use product and customer data, insights, or feedback to improve engagement, experience, or digital journeys.
  • Translate business objectives into measurable outcomes using metrics such as OKRs, KPIs, adoption, revenue, cost, efficiency, or value.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, design, data, operations, business, or leadership.
  • Use Agility or an equivalent product management tool to manage backlogs, user stories, and releases.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, regulated industries, or customer-focused digital environments.
  • Experience with AI-driven, personalized, data-led, or automation-enabled product solutions.
  • Experience with customer engagement, self-service, digital servicing, customer funnels, or customer-facing journeys.
  • API, headless, backend, platform, or integration awareness.
