Job Description
Own product strategy, vision, prioritization, and lifecycle management for technical products in Allstate’s Billing and Payments ecosystem.
Drive accurate, reliable, scalable, and customer-centric financial experiences through strong product judgment and systems thinking.
Partner with engineering, design, architecture, data, finance, business, and operational stakeholders.
Accountabilities
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, success measures, and prioritized backlog.
- Lead discovery, framing, experimentation, and test-and-learn activities to validate assumptions.
- Partner with engineering on architecture, operational tradeoffs, reliability, scalability, defects, and technical debt.
- Translate business and customer problems into sequenced investments with measurable outcomes.
- Represent customer, enterprise, market, operational, and stakeholder needs.
- Drive alignment and adoption across business, technology, design, and operational partners.
- Author, refine, test, and accept stories and communicate direction, tradeoffs, progress, and outcomes.
