- Own product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for power forecasting products
- Define and execute product strategy aligned with customer needs and market dynamics
- Drive commercial performance, including pricing, packaging, and positioning
- Identify and deliver novel power forecasting capabilities leveraging physical and AI modeling techniques
- Design and implement agentic workflows that automate forecasting, diagnostics, and optimization tasks
- Translate new AI/ML capabilities into clear, scalable product features and user value
- Partner with data science teams on model development, validation, and performance monitoring
- Manage product backlogs, releases, and priorities in collaboration with engineering teams
- Define requirements and acceptance criteria; lead product validation and iteration
- Use data and experimentation to continuously improve product performance
- Conduct customer discovery and workflow analysis
- Engage directly with customers to understand operational and trading use cases

About The Role
- DNV is seeking a Product Manager to lead a portfolio of power forecasting products used by energy operators, traders, and asset owners globally.
- These products deliver high accuracy solar and wind power forecasts, leveraging advanced physics based models, machine learning, and global weather data.
- This role combines end to end product ownership with a strong focus on AI led product innovation, including the evolution of forecasting workflows into AI native and agentic experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Own product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for power forecasting products.
- Define and execute product strategy aligned with customer needs and market dynamics.
- Drive commercial performance, including pricing, packaging, and positioning.
- Identify and deliver novel power forecasting capabilities that leverage the best of physical and AI modeling techniques.

What is required

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering, data science, atmospheric science, or a related field.
- Experience in renewable energy, power markets, or forecasting domains.
- Experience with APIs, data platforms, or developer focused products.
- Working knowledge of machine learning concepts and AI driven product development.
- Experience or strong interest in AI powered products and workflows.
- Exposure to agentic tools or workflow automation systems is strongly preferred.
