- Lead and oversee departmental operations, ensuring successful project execution

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to inspection personnel and project teams

- Serve as primary point of contact for project planning, coordination, execution, and delivery
- Drive departmental growth, operational performance, and profitability
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, tender submissions, and client presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience with EPC Contractors/Consultants/Third Party Classification societies
- Experience in QA/QC verification of pressure vessel, pipeline, and heavy steel fabrication projects
- Experience in pipeline installation, cable laying, hook up, and offshore platform works
- Experience in inspection and certification of offshore containers per DNV 2.7 1, 2.7 2, 2.7 3
- Experience as Certifying Authority for offshore pipelay operations
- Strong knowledge of welding, coatings, insulation, corrosion control
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17065
- Experience in business development and client management
- Professional certifications such as CSWIP 3.2.2, BGAS Grade 2, ISO 9001 Auditor, NDT Level II preferred
- Offshore training certifications (BOSIET, H2S, CA EBS) preferred

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience with EPC Contractors/Consultants/Third Party Classification societies.
- Professional certifications such as CSWIP 3.2.2, BGAS Grade 2, ISO 9001 Auditor, NDT Level II preferred.
- Strong knowledge of welding, coatings, insulation, corrosion control, and related inspection requirements.
- Offshore training certifications including BOSIET, H2S, CA EBS preferred.
- Experience in QA/QC verification of pressure vessel, pipeline, and heavy steel fabrication projects.
- Experience in pipeline installation, cable laying, hook up, and offshore platform works required.
- Experience in inspection and certification of offshore containers per DNV 2.7 1, 2.7 2, 2.7 3 required.
- Good knowledge of lifting gear, wire rope sling manufacturing, inspection, and certification required.
- Experience in Safety Critical Element (SCE) verification, auditing, and integrity assurance preferred.
- Solid understanding of welding processes, metallurgy, fabrication techniques, and industry standards (AWS, ASME, API, ISO, ASNT, NACE).
- Experience as Certifying Authority for offshore pipelay operations mandatory.
- Experience in offshore topside platforms, jacket fabrication yards, and TIV activities.
