About the Role

  • Synergi Life software helps organizations manage enterprise risk, incidents, quality and operational excellence.
  • Role based in Middle East (Dubai), reporting to Head of Section Global QHSE Customer Solution Design.
  • May involve occasional travel to customer sites within supported regions.

Business Advisory

  • Attend workshops/meetings to gather customer requirements and prepare specification documents and scopes of work.
  • Advise external customers on best practice for optimal ROI on Synergi Life system.
  • Identify opportunities to add value to customer implementations.
  • Identify sales opportunities with existing customers.

Project Delivery

  • Configure Synergi Life application to meet agreed customer requirements.
  • Test installation and configuration performed by self and other consultants.
  • Act as Project manager for smaller implementation and configuration projects.

Competences Required

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Excellent command of English language both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Arabic or any other regional language is an advantage.
  • Programming language experience: MS SQL (high level), PowerShell/Python/C#/.Net (advantage).
  • Good experience of relational databases (SQL Server).
  • Proficient with Windows Server / Web technologies.
  • Good knowledge of Synergi Life system including database structure is an advantage.
  • HSEQ or Risk domain knowledge is an advantage.
  • Previous working experience in energy sector is an advantage.
  • Knowledge about Microsoft Azure cloud based services is an advantage.
