Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital product strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Lead cross functional teams to ensure effective product lifecycle management
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for product innovation and improvement
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align product development with business objectives
- Monitor market trends within the Energy & Natural Resources industry to inform strategic decisions
- Ensure the successful delivery of digital initiatives on time and within budget
- Oversee product performance metrics and propose enhancements where necessary
- Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and phased delivery plan
- Lead the build of an AI enabled, end to end digital staffing platform
- Drive product launch, positioning, and market adoption strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience launching and scaling digital or start up products
- Strong understanding of AI and automation in digital product environments
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and product builds
- Demonstrated ability to take products from concept to revenue generation
- Strong data driven mindset with experience tracking product performance
- Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)
