Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Define and implement architecture for CMDB , ITOM , and ITAM modules. Design scalable solutions for Discovery , Service Mapping , Event Management , and Asset Management .

• Implementation & Integration: Configure and customize CMDB, ITOM, and ITAM modules on ServiceNow or equivalent platforms. Integrate CMDB with ITSM, ITAM, procurement, and financial systems.

• Governance & Compliance: Establish CMDB governance, data quality standards, and reconciliation processes. Implement ITAM policies for license compliance, audit readiness, and cost optimization.

• Monitoring & Optimization: Develop dashboards for CMDB health, ITOM performance, and asset utilization. Optimize discovery schedules, service mapping accuracy, and asset lifecycle processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 10–12 years in ITOM, CMDB, and ITAM domains, with at least 5 years in architecture/design roles.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, ITAM (SAM/HAM) . Proficiency in integrations, workflows, and automation. HLA, Cloud cost management, Metric Intelligence, Event management (good to have), CSDM, etc.. and ITAM also in CMDB/ITOM
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, ITAM (SAM/HAM) .
• Proficiency in integrations, workflows, and automation.

Qualifications

• Education : ME/MTech/BE/BTech/MCA/BCA/MSC/BSC with min of 6+ Years of relevant experience.
